中文摘要:研究了AZ31镁合金热轧板材经不同退火处理后的显微组织、拉伸性能和压缩性能,并探讨了退火处理对镁板拉伸性能和压缩性能差异的影响。结果表明:退火后,板材发生了不同程度的再结晶;退火后板材的断裂伸长率提高,抗拉强度略有下降,其中400 ℃ × 5 min退火后断裂伸长率最大;与单轴拉伸相比,退火对镁板单轴压缩的力学性能影响不大,板材经退火后极限变形率略有提高,抗压强度无明显变化,300 ℃ × 30 min退火后,镁板的压缩综合力学性能较好;镁板的拉伸性能和压缩性能存在差异,且差异与退火处理密切相关。
英文摘要:The microstructure, uniaxial tensile and compression properties of hot rolling AZ31 Mg sheet after different annealing treatments were investigated, and the differences between uniaxial tension and uniaxial compression in mechanical properties also were determined. The results show that recrystallization is visible after annealing. The fracture elongation increases while the tensile strength decreases slightly after annealing. Especially, the fracture elongation is largest after annealing at 400 ℃ for 5 min. Compared to uniaxial tension, the effects of annealing on the mechanical properties are less significant in uniaxial compression, and ultimate strain after annealing increases slightly as well as compressive strength was approximately the same as that without annealing. Optimized mechanical properties are achieved after annealing at 300℃for 30 min. There are differences between uniaxial tension and uniaxial compression in mechanical properties, and the differences are closely dependent of annealing.
