中文摘要:利用有限元分析法研究了大锻件内部不同形状空洞在镦粗过程中的闭合情况,以及空洞周围的应力情况。结果表明,椭球形空洞的横轴与竖轴数值之比越大,空洞的闭合情况越理想;基于对空洞闭合过程中应力、应变的追踪分析,提出了一种判断空洞闭合的量化分析方法。
英文摘要:The cavity closure during upsetting in different ingots with different cavity shapes was simulated by finite element analysis. The stress state around the hole were studied. The results show that the greater the ratio of horizontal and vertical axis, the more ideal of cavity closure can be obtained. A new method for estimating the cavity closure can be presented according to the process of stress tracking analysis results.
