中文摘要:根据能量守恒定律,开发了针对1MJ对击锤打击成形的有限元计算模块。将开发的计算模块引入商品化有限元软件,完成了GH4169合金盘件的锻造过程数值模拟,并进行了相关实验验证。最后,对比分析了对击锤和液压机模锻盘件内热力参数分布情况。结果表明,所开发的对击锤打击计算模块的计算结果与试验结果相当符合,为合理制定对击锤上盘件模锻工艺和分析锻件缺陷提供了技术支持。
英文摘要:Through analysis of energy transformation during a counterblow hammer process, a FEM mathematical model for forging process of the 1MJ counterblow hammer was established. The GH4169 alloy disc forging process on counterblow hammer was simulated by incorporating the proposed model into commercial FEM software DEFORM-2D. To validate the model, the experiment was performed. Finally, the thermophysical parameters distribution within the discs which forged on counterblow hammer and hydraulic press was compared. The results show that the proposed model can describe the disc forging process on counterblow hammer; thus, the model can be employed to design forging process and analyze defects in forgings.
