中文摘要:本文以有限元仿真制造软件MSC-SuperForm2005为平台,进行了二维有限元数值模拟。对三通件等温多向加载挤压成形过程进行了晶粒变化数值模拟。研究了在这种条件下的不同温度和应变速率下晶粒尺寸变化的规律,为实际生产提供借鉴。
英文摘要:This article takes finite element simulation manufacture software MSC-SuperForm2005 as a platform carried on the two dimensional finite element numerical simulations. Carry on the numerical simulation of grain size change under the T-shaped tube uniform temperature extrusion multi-direction load whole forming way. Analyze the law of grain size change under the different temperature or different Strain rate. This will provide valuable reference to actual production.
