中文摘要:本文针对工业生产的Q235B热轧板存在边部裂纹现象,通过成分分析、宏观裂纹检验、光学显微镜下的裂纹组织以及扫描电镜和能谱的分析对出现裂纹的原因进行了分析。结果表明:低熔点夹杂物及夹渣是导致裂纹形成的主要原因。通过对夹杂物和s含量的控制及铸坯的均热模式的改进,可减少或避免裂纹的存在。
英文摘要:Based on industrial production Q235B hot-rolled steel plate for edge crack phenomenon exists, through the composition analysis, macroscopic crack inspection, optical microscope of the crack organization and Scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum to the reason of crack arised are analyzed. The result is that low melting point and slag inclusions is the main cause of crack formation. Through controlling of the inclusion and s content and improvement of the equal heating mode of casting blank,the crack can be reduced or avoided.
