中文摘要:对进给速度与进给量对双面搅拌摩擦点焊焊接质量的影响进行了大量的试验。重点研究了在使用双面搅拌摩擦点焊设备对2mm厚5052铝合金薄板进行焊接时,在2400r/min转速下,进给量与进给速度对焊接质量的影响,并分析了焊接接头的力学性能。研究结果表明:当电机转速固定时,焊接质量随进给量和进给速度的不同而变化,焊接接头的抗剪切力也随之产生变化,焊接进给量与进给速度的合理搭配能显著提高焊接质量。
英文摘要:In the feed speed and feed rate impact on the double-sided friction stir spot welding quality have a lot of tests. Focuses on the use double-sided friction stir spot welding equipment for sheet of 2mm thick 5052 aluminum alloy welding, in 2500rpm/min speed, the feed speed and feed rate impact on the welding quality, and analysis of the mechanical properties of welded joints . The results show that: when the motor speed is fixed, the quality of welding with the feed speed and the feed rate varies, the shear strength of welded joints also will be changed , if welding feed speed and feed rate with a reasonable significantly improve the quality of welding.
