中文摘要: Mg-Zn-Cu系合金因其具有良好的耐热性能已成功广泛应用到汽车工业上。本文综述了Mg-Zn-Cu系合金研究现状:简述了典型Mg-Zn-Cu系合金显微组织和时效析出行为;介绍了稀土元素对Mg-Zn-Cu系合金组织和性能的影响;阐述了Mg-Zn-Cu基复合材料室温力学性能、高温力学性能及阻尼性能等。最后,叙述了Mg-Zn-Cu-Zr系合金时效行为,对该合金系的研究前景进行了展望。
英文摘要:Mg-Zn-Cu Series alloys because of its good heat resistance so that successfully applied to the automotive industry on a wide range. This paper reviews the Mg-Zn-Cu Alloys Research: Typical Mg-Zn-Cu alloy microstructure and precipitation behavior of aging were described. The effect of rare earth elements on microstructure mechanical properties of Mg-Zn-Cu Alloy were briefly introduced; Described Mg-Zn-Cu matrix composites at room temperature mechanical properties, high temperature mechanical properties and damping properties. Finally, the aging behavior of Mg-Zn-Cu-Zr alloy and the development prospect of Mg-Zn-Cu Series alloys were discussed.
