中文摘要:为提高QPQ处理零件的抗中性盐雾试验时间,根据近年来的试验和炉前经验总结,本文对QPQ零件的设计和QPQ处理的具体工艺,进行了分析,提出了建议。设计时要避免出现尖锐的棱和角,机械加工时表面粗糙度要低,标记要避免深窄的点或线。氮化前尽量让零件表面和盐浴清洁,避免零件在保存时生锈,保证氰酸根含量适中。预热时零件呈蓝紫色为好,批量生产时,要随时根据检测结果适度调整QPQ工艺参数,获得优质产品。
英文摘要:To improve the corrosion resistance of QPQ treated machine parts in neutral salt spray tests, the design and QPQ treatment technics were analyzed and suggested in this paper. The existence of sharp edges and corners in design stage should be avoided. The surface roughness should be low and the trace of mark should be wide and shallow. Before QPQ treatment, the nitriding salt, the oxidizing salt and the surface of machine parts should be clean. The cyanate contents should be controlled to appropriate value. In preheating stage, the best colour is purple blue. In batch production, the parameters of QPQ techniques should be regulated according to the salt spray test results , the colour and the microstructure of the machine parts.
