中文摘要:概述了合金元素Si、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu及稀土元素Y、Sc对6063铝合金组织性能的影响。结果表明:过剩Si对腐蚀性能有重要影响,Mg、Si质量比应小于正常值1.73,Fe、Zn元素对材料的氧化着色性能敏感,适量Cu元素能改善合金的抗拉强度,稀土元素Y、Sc的变质作用显著,微处理后的材料性能优良。文章最后提出了今后的发展方向。
英文摘要:The effects of alloy element and rare earth element on structure and properties of 6063 aluminum alloy are summarized. The results indicate that significant effect of surplus Si on corrosion resistance is observed for 6063 alloy, it suggested that Mg, Si mass ratio should be less than normal value of 1.73. Fe and Zn elements are sensitive to anodization coloring of aluminum profile, proper Cu element can enhance material intensity. The metamorphism of RE Y and Sc is distinct, properties of treated materials are excellent. At last, the developing aspect is suggested.
