中文摘要:结合金属热加工过程的冶金学原理,基于非均匀分布的位错密度场,建立了动态再结晶二维元胞自动机模型(Cellular Automaton),并对不同应变速率和不同变形温度条件下的动态再结晶过程进行了模拟。模拟结果表明:动态再结晶存在明显的孕育期;再结晶晶核优先在晶界处产生;提高变形温度或者降低应变速率均能促进动态再结晶的进行。模拟结果与金属动态再结晶理论相一致。
英文摘要:Based on the fundamental metallurgical principles of metal plastic forming, a two dimensional cellular automata model for the dynamic recrystallization was built. The dynamic recrystallization process under different hot working temperature and strain ate were studied. The results showed that there was an obvious incubation period at the beginning of dynamic recrystallization. Recrystallization nuclei preferentially concentrated at the grain boundaries. Recrystallization processing could be promoted with the increasing of temperature and the decreasing of strain rate. The simulated results agree well with metal dynamic recrystallization theory.
