中文摘要:在太阳能热发电领域,铝硅合金是一种较为理想的中高温相变储能材料。因此本文选取金属相变材料铸铝102作为研究对象,通过对其进行1200小时的高温抗氧化性能实验,并利用XRD,SEM,DSC检测铸铝102氧化试样的相关数据。实验结果表明,铸铝102所生成的表层氧化膜主要成分是Al2O3,其具有良好的抗氧化性能;氧化1200小时后的铸铝102的熔化起始温度略增2.4℃,相变潜热下降9.01%,仍具有较好的热物性能。
英文摘要:In the field of solar thermal power generation, Al-Si alloy is an ideal high temperature phase change material,。
Therefore,the cast aluminum 102 as one of metal phase change material,was selected for study in this paper. After 1200 hours of the High temperature Oxidation experiment,we can got the experimental data we want by XRD、SEM、DSC.
This experimental results indicated:Al2O3 is the main ingredient of the cast aluminum 102 surface oxide film;This oxide film has excellent oxidation resistance. After 1200 hours of the High temperature Oxidation experiment,we found that melting initial temperature of cast aluminum 102 was increased merely 2.4 ℃;and the phase change of latent heat just dropped 9.01%.So, we believe that the cast aluminum 102 still has good thermal physical properties.
