中文摘要:EA4T钢是世界先进标准EN13261规定的高速、重载铁路车轴用钢。本文对国产EA4T钢进行高温系列回火冲击试验,对其回火脆性进行了研究,试验表明: EA4T钢在550 ℃回火时出现冲击韧性低谷,表现出回火脆性,断口表现为准解理断裂;TEM和DSC研究表明碳化物在马氏体板条束间的析出可能是国产EA4T钢550 ℃回火时冲击韧性值出现低谷的重要原因。
英文摘要:Steel EA4T is a high speed and heavy haul railway axle-steel which is specified by the world advanced standard EN13261. In this paper, series of tempering impact tests were done on steel EA4T,and have done some researches on its temper brittleness, the experiments show that: impact toughness presents trough when steel EA4T is tempered at 550 ℃,and which has temper brittleness, the fracture performance is quasi-cleavage fracture;the researches on TEM and DSC show that impact toughness value presents trough when domestic steel EA4T is tempered at 550 ℃ possibile owes much to carbide precipitation between martensite attrib wattle beams.
