45钢表面激光熔覆Ni合金粉末的组织和耐腐蚀性能研究

中文摘要:摘 要:利用激光熔覆技术在45钢表面制备了Ni基合金熔覆层,通过SEM、XRD等方法研究涂层相及组织,测试截面显微硬度。利用HT-1000型摩擦磨损设备对其摩擦磨损性能进行研究。结果表明:熔覆层与基体成冶金结合,结合质量良好;熔覆层组织具有定向凝固特征且晶粒生长方向垂直于界面;熔覆层主要由Ni3Cr2,NiTi,SiC,TiC及γ-Ni等相组成;熔覆试样的磨损失重约为基材的1/8,基材耐磨性得到显著提高。
英文摘要:Abstract:Metallurgical binding and compact alloy layers were prepared by laser cladding technology with Ni-based alloy powders on 45 steel,The microstructure and sectional microhardness of the laser cladding was analyzed using SEM,XRD and microhardness tester,the frictional and wear behaviour of the coatings has been investigated on HT-1000 friction wear testing machine. The results showed that an excellent metallurgical bonding between the coatings and the substrates was obtained. Rapid directional solidification was found at the interface where the growth direction was perpendicular to the interface,The coating were mainly built up by Ni3Cr2,NiTi,SiC,TiC andγ-Ni,The wear mass loss of coating was only one eighth that of 45 steel matrix, and the wear resistance was increased significantly.
