支承座铸钢件的凝固缺陷模拟及铸造工艺优化

中文摘要:对支承座铸钢件设计了两种初始铸造工艺方案,分别采用中注式和底注式两种浇注系统。通过UG软件对铸造工艺方案进行三维造型,并运用HZCAE软件对铸件进行凝固缺陷模拟。初始工艺的模拟结果表明,该铸钢件的中下部位产生了严重的缩孔缺陷。通过对冒口和冷铁等工艺方案进行改进后,铸件本体上的缩孔缺陷显著减少。
英文摘要:Two initial foundry process for supporting stand steel castings has been designed based on the technological experiences, which were adopted respectively parting gating and bottom gating. The process was conducted 3D moulding by the UG software.Then, solidification defects of the steel castings were simulated by Huazhu CAE software. The simulated results of initial foundry process show that the castings’ middle and bottom sections produced serious shrinkage hole. The simulation defects of the steel castings were significantly decreased by rationally setting riser, chill iron and gating system.
