中文摘要:环件径轴向轧制过程中,导向辊起着稳定轧制的作用,对环件椭圆度及环件成形均有直接影响。环件径轴双向轧制过程有限元模拟时必须合理控制导向辊运动,本文根据轧制时体积不变条件和环件轮廓近似为圆的假设,推导验证了环件径轴向轧制时的导向辊运动公式,用于deform-3d环件径轴向轧制模拟时的导向辊设置,结果表明:以此公式设置导向辊约束时,轧制过程比较稳定,环件内径及外径的椭圆度均较小,环件成形良好。
英文摘要:In the process of radial-axial ring rolling, the guide roll plays the role of steady rolling, have direct effect to ring of ovality and forming. An appropriate control method of guide roll is a key to a successful 3D-FE simulation of radial-axial ring rolling process.According to the volume conditions and the hypothesis of ring contour approximate circular in rolling, An equation of the guide roll motion in radial-axial ring rolling is derived and confirmed, which is used to Deform–3D radial-axial ring rolling finite element simulation of the guide roll Settings. The simulation results show that by using the equation to set the bound of the guide roll, the rolling process is more stable, the ovality of the ring’s inner and external diameter is smaller, and the ring is well formed.
