中文摘要:摘要: 钛合金锻造时毛坯温度与模具温度差对它的变形量及成形质量有巨大影响。本文通过改变毛坯温度与模具预热温度差研究了轧制态TA7在不同温度差镦粗后出现第一条宏观裂纹的规律。当毛坯与模具温差710℃、变形量达到70%时,TA7钛合金表面出现第一条可见裂纹,内部沿45°方向出现剪切裂纹;当毛坯与模具温差达到560℃、变形量达到80%时,TA7钛合金表面出现裂纹,锻件内部小变形区出现纵向裂纹;毛坯与模具温差为410℃、变形量80%时钛合金表面与内部均未见宏观裂纹。
英文摘要:Abstract: Billet temperature and mold temperature has huge impact on the deformation degree and deformation quality of titanium alloy. This paper studies the laws of the first macro-crack on the surface of rolling TA7 titanium alloy after upsetting,by changing mold preheating temperature. When the billet and the mold temperature difference is 710 ℃, deformation 70%, the first visible crack appears on the surface of TA7 titanium and the shear crack appears inside along the 45 ° direction; when the temperature difference reached 560 ℃, deformation 80%, the surface of TA7 titanium alloy starts cracking, small vertical crack emerges internal the small deformation zone; When the temperature difference is 410 ℃, deformation 80%, there is no macro-cracks on the surface and internal the TA7 titanium alloy.
