中文摘要:进行了铝合金的氩气保护焊接试验,对采用TIG焊接铝合金板时产生的气孔形貌及其机理进行分析,研究了影响气孔产生的因素,并提出了防止气孔的有效措施。
英文摘要: In this paper ,TIG welding experiment using Ar- gas shielding is carried out , the characteristic shapes of porosity in weld metal are discussed , the formation mechanism of porosity is analyzed , and the factors which influence the formation of porosity are studied , and effective methods were proposed to the eliminate porosity.
