中文摘要:为了研究旋转电弧焊传感器在焊接过程中的熔池形成过程,文章分析了基于旋转电弧传感器的熔化极电弧焊的热源模型,利用有限元软件对温度场进行了计算。在不同焊接规范下, 对试验所得熔宽和熔深值与模拟值进行比较,结果基本一致,为进一步研究熔池流场打下了基础。
英文摘要:In order to research the rotating electric arc welding sensors in the welding process of molten pool formation process, this paper analyzes the rotating arc sensor based on the electric arc welding of melting a heat source model, the finite element software on temperature field was calculated. In different welding procedures of test obtained melt the depth and width value simulation value compared, the results are basically the same. And the experiment for further research of the flow field of molten pool and lay the foundation.
