中文摘要:本文借助SEM,XRD及Kelvin探头等现代分析手段对铝合金初期腐蚀进行原位分析,得到NaCl和SO2污染对铝合金初期腐蚀的影响规律,并探讨其腐蚀机理。结果表明,在温度20℃、湿度85%条件下,SO2可诱发大气腐蚀,腐蚀形式主要表现为晶间腐蚀和部分点蚀。NaCl沉积与SO2的协同作用极大的加速了铝合金的腐蚀。
英文摘要:The initial stage corrosion of Aluminum Alloy was in-situ analyzed by SEM, XRD and Kelvin probe. The rule of soluble salt and SO2 pollution to the Aluminum Alloy initial corrosion was obtained. The corrosion mechanism was also discussed. The results show that at a temperature of 20°C, 85% humidity conditions, atmospheric corrosion can be induced by SO2. Corrosion was mainly expressed in the form of intergranular corrosion and pitting corrosion. Deposition of NaCl and SO2 synergy greatly accelerated the corrosion of Aluminium Alloys.
