中文摘要:再结晶退火是冷轧板带材生产过程中的一道重要工序。本文主要研究了加工率、保温时间等因素对再结晶温度的影响,研究表明:冷轧加工率为90%时,与加工率30%时相比,再结晶温度降低了10℃。保温时间为5h、7h时,与保温时间1h和3h时相比,再结晶温度也降低了10℃。该结论能够为制定冷轧板带材退火工艺和生产提供理论基础。
英文摘要:Recrystallization annealing is an important process of production cold-rolled plate and strip. This paper studies the processing rate, holding time and other factors impact on the recrystallization temperature . Studies have shown that: Processing rate of 90% of cold-rolled, compared to the processing rate of 30%, the recrystallization temperature lower 10 ℃. Holding time of 5h, 7h, compared to the holding time of 1h , 3h ,the recrystallization temperature also reduced the 10 ℃. This conclusion can provide a theoretical basis to develope annealing process and produce cold rolled strip.
