中文摘要:本文通过向Cu-Zn二元合金中添加高锌当量的铝、镁、硅元素,采用普通铸造法制备了以β相为基体的无铅黄铜,并对其在670℃固溶3小时,油淬后在270℃时效2小时,考察了所制备合金在热处理前后的腐蚀行为。实验结果表明,热处理态的无铅黄铜腐蚀电流密度与脱锌腐蚀速率减小,24小时后的脱锌腐蚀层厚度仅为118μm,耐腐蚀性能良好。
英文摘要: A new type of lead-free brass was prepared by the addition of elements of high zinc equivalent (Mg, Al and Si).The resultant alloy was solid solutionized at 670 ℃ for 3h, quenched in oil and then aged at 270℃ for 2 h.The corrosion behavior of as-cast and heat treated alloys were studied.The results showed that the corrosion current density and dezincification corrosion rate of the heat treated alloys became smaller.And the thickness of the dezincification corrosion layer is 118μm after 24 hours. Heat ttreatment improved the corrosion resistance of the alloys.
