轧制变形量对AZ80镁合金组织与性能的影响

中文摘要:AZ80镁合金进行不同程度的轧制变形,研究不同的轧制变形量对其组织及性能的影响。结果表明,AZ80镁合金抗拉强度随着轧制变形量的增加有所提高,而延伸率则随着变形量的增加先增加后减小。变形量为25%、50%、80%的AZ80镁合金其屈服强度 分别为200MPa、146MPa、205MPa,抗拉强度 分别为245.52MPa、249.08 MPa、279.49MPa,延伸率分别为15.8%、24.2%、19.1%,其晶粒平均尺寸分别为30 、10 、3 左右。
英文摘要: AZ80 magnesium alloy was rolled with different deformation extent. The effect of deformation extent on microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ80 magnesium alloy were studied. Results show that with the increasing of deformation extent, the tensile strength increase, the elongation increase firstly and then reduce. The yield strength of 25%, 50%, 80% are 200MPa, 146MPa, 205MPa, the tensile strength are 245.52MPa, 249.08MPa, 279.49MPa, the elongation are 15.8%, 24.2%, 19.1%. the grain size are 30 , 10 , 3 respectively.
