中文摘要:本文基于金兹堡-朗道理论,采用连续相场模型,研究了晶粒生长的拓扑学。结果表明,晶粒生长过程中存在的两种拓扑转变机制,即近邻切换(Neighbor Switching)机制和晶粒消失(Grain Annihilation)机制;发现三边晶粒、四边晶粒、五边晶粒直接消失以及晶粒近邻切换现象,符合经典拓扑公式和欧拉公式,模拟结果与实验结果十分吻合。研究还发现了新的拓扑转变机制,四叉点直接分离,这种拓扑转变与经典欧拉公式存在差异。
英文摘要:In this work, a phase field model which based on Ginzburg-Landau theory is used to analysis the topological phenomena during grain growth. The simulation results show that there are two topological transformations during the grain growth, they are Neighbor Switching and Grain Annihilation,and we have found four different kinds of topological events during the disappearance of a grain: direct vanishing of 3-sided grains, 4-sided grains, and 5-sided grains, and neighbor switching,which are right with classical topological theory and Euler formula, and the simulation results are similar with experiments. A new topological translation is observed during simulation, it is the separating of four junctions, which falls short of Euler formula.
