中文摘要:采用等离子喷涂工艺制备WC颗粒增强Ni基涂层,分析了涂层的显微组织,并对其抗冲蚀磨损性能进行了测试。结果表明,涂层呈层片状结构,有一定孔隙,WC颗粒在涂层中分布均匀,且与母相结合良好。随着冲蚀角度的增加,涂层冲蚀磨损失重先增加后减少,表现为塑性-脆性复合冲蚀磨损特征。
英文摘要:The tungsten carbide (WC) particles reinforced Ni-based coating were fabricated by plasma spraying. The microstructure of the coating was investigated, and erosion wear resistance of the coating was tested. The results show that the coating had typical lamellar stacking microstructure and contained some pores. The reinforced WC particles had an uniform distribution in the coating,and had a good combination with tha base metal. The Cumulative eroded mass loss curves of the coating increased at first and then increased as the impingement angle increased. And the coating showed a plastic-brittle composite erosion mechanism.
