中文摘要:以碳酸氢铵粉末为造孔剂,羟基磷灰石(HA)和Ti-6Al-4V粉末为原料,采用粉末冶金法制备可多孔Ti-HA生物复合材料,叙述了制备工艺,并测定了其微观结构和力学性能。通过分析碳酸氢铵含量和成型压力对材料力学性能和孔隙率的影响,得到材料的抗压强度和孔隙率随成型压力的增加分别增加和减少,随碳酸氢铵含量的增加则分别减少和增加的结论。实验结果表明当碳酸氢铵含量为20wt%和30wt%时,材料的孔隙率分布在30%-50%,抗压强度高于20MPa,其孔径分布在100-500μm。此多孔复合材料适合应用于人体松质骨的骨修复材料。
英文摘要:The porous Ti/HA Biocomposite was Fabricated by powder metallurgical method with use of hydroxyapatite and Ti-6Al-4V powder and the addition of pore former of ammonium bicarbonate, the preparation technology was described and the microstructure and mechanical property were studied. The conclusion that compressive strength and porosity of material increased and decreased respectively as molding pressure increased while decreased and increased respectively as ammonium bicarbonate content increased was obtained by the analysis of effect of ammonium bicarbonate content and molding pressure on porosity and mechanical property of material. The results show that when ammonium bicarbonate content was 20wt%-30wt%, the porosity distribution was 30% and 50%, the compressive strength was more than 20MPa and the pore size distribution was 100-500μm. This porous composite is suitable for application of human cancellous bone repair material.
