中文摘要:摘要:针对汽车翼子板零件成形回弹大的问题,以板材成形数值模拟技术为基础,进行了虚拟试模分析,探讨了模具结构参数对汽车翼子板成形性能的影响。结果显示,不同位置的模具圆角半径变化对回弹的影响程度不同,且影响程度有限;利用模具型面补偿法修正模具结构能有效控制汽车翼子板成形的回弹问题。最后,进行了实际试模验证,生产的汽车翼子板制件尺寸精度符合设计要求。
英文摘要:Abstract:Aimed at reducing the springback after drawing of automobile front fender, virtual drawing was done based on the numerical simulation. The effect of die structure parameters on formability of automobile front fender was investigated. The results show that changes of die fillets radius in different positions make different degree springback and the influence is limited; Die surface compensation is an effective method to control the springback of automobile front fender. In the end, the experimental verification was done, and the dimensional precision of practical production meets the design requirements.
