中文摘要:镁合金是目前工程应用中最轻的结构材料,具有铝、钢铁等材料不可替代的优异性能。本文从镁合金板材的冲压性能的改善及二次成形等方面综述了其最新研究进展,并对常见的几种拉深工艺辅助技术的发展进行了详细的介绍, 藉此为镁合金拉深工艺的发展与制定提供参考。
英文摘要: As the lightest structural material presently in the practical applications,magnesium alloys have the excellent performance that aluminum,steel and other materials can't be replacement.This paper not only sums up the newest research development of improvement of stamping properties of magnesium alloy sheet,secondary molding and so on, but also introduces the development of assistive technology of common deep-drawing process in detail.It is expected to provide reference for the development and design of deep-drawing process.
