中文摘要:采用ANSYS的APDL语言编写子程序,对0.6mm的薄板镁合金AZ61激光焊的温度场分布进行了数值模拟研究。分析了ANSYS在模拟镁合金激光焊接温度场中存在的各种难点,如热流密度的加载方式、热物理性能参数的选择、熔化潜热、对流以及一些关键参数的处理原则。结果表明,模拟能较好的反应出薄板镁合金激光焊接的温度场分布,对研究镁合金薄板激光焊接的温度场具有参考价值。
英文摘要:Using APDL program in ANSYS, simulate temperature field distribution in laser welding process of 0.6mm thick magnesium alloy thin sheet.Analyze difficulty in simulation, such as l loading mode of heat flux density、thermal physical performance parameters、latent heat of fusion、convection boundary condition and other key parameters choice principle .It is observed from the result that , simulation by ANSYS can better reflect the laser welding of AZ61 thin sheet temperature field distribution, it can help to study the temperature field of the laser welding for magnesium alloy thin sheet .
