中文摘要:采用阶梯试样轧制,研究了热轧过程中变形量和变形温度对NM360钢再结晶规律及混晶的影响,结果表明增大变形量和提高变形温度均有利于奥氏体组织的均匀性。绘制再结晶区域图,变形量为60%时,NM360实验钢完全再结晶临界温度为1070℃,未再结晶临界温度为900℃。由于高含量Nb对奥氏体再结晶的强烈阻滞作用,实验钢完全再结晶、未再结晶临界温度大幅度提高。为获得优异的组织性能,实验钢应在完全再结晶区进行轧制。
英文摘要:Through rolling ladder samples under different
temperature, the influence of deformation and deformation temperature on the recrystallization law and mixed crystal phenomenon of NM360 steel were studied. The result showed that increasing the amount of deformation and deformation temperature were conducive to improve the uniformity of the austenite. Through the recrystallization region map we can found that when the deformation was 60%, the complete recrystallization critical temperature of NM360 steel was 1070 ℃ and the no recrystallization critical temperature was 900℃. Due to the strong blocking effect of the high content of Nb on the austenite recrystallization, the fully recrystallization and no recrystallization critical temperature increased greatly. In order to obtain excellent performance of the organization, the experimental steel should be rolled in the fully recrystallized zone.
