中文摘要:采用XRD、显微观察、差示扫描量热法、标准电阻应变计法等,研究了时效处理对Mn70Fe25Cu5合金的组织和磁诱发应变的影响。结果表明,在450℃时效时,合金结构和磁诱发应变性能发生轻微变化。当时效温度达到500℃,合金中会析出大量的α-Mn相,α相会使得磁诱发应变性能降低。
英文摘要:Effect of aging on the microstructure and magnetic-field-induced strain(MFIS) in Mn70Fe25Cu5 alloy was investigated by means of XRD, photomicrograph, DSC, resistance strain gauge method. As a result, the structure and MFIS of Mn70Fe25Cu5 alloy revealed that there were small changes after aging at 450℃。But when aging at 500℃, there was a large number of α-Mn phase separating out,which degrading the MFIS of alloy.
