中文摘要:应用金相组织观察和扫描电镜对锅炉联箱导汽管12Cr1MoV钢爆裂原因进行分析,分析测试结果表明,钢的成分及力学性能均符合标准要求,但珠光体出现球化现象并在晶界处有碳化物析出,爆裂区域处出现蠕变空洞,并形成微裂纹,造成导汽管在弯头外侧的开裂。建议严格控制锅炉运行参数,避免锅炉在过高压力或过载条件下运行。
英文摘要:This paper presented failure analysis of the header connecting piping 12Cr1MoV in coal power by optical microscope and scanning electronic microscope. The results showed that chemical composition and mechanical property conforming to standards of GB5310-2008,but pearlite spheroidized and carbide precipitated on the grain boundary,Creep hole in certain areas near the fracture induced a great number of cracks even leaded to burst on the elbow of pipe. The parameters should be controlled in order to avoid excessive atmospheric pressure and the steam pipes should be periodically detected.
