中文摘要:本文从这两种不锈钢出发,选择两种不同的经典热处理工艺,对同一热处理工艺下的321不锈钢与410不锈钢性能进行对比研究。试验结果表明321不锈钢主要应用于对耐腐蚀性能要求较高的场合,410不锈钢主要应用于对强度和硬度要求较高的场合。此结论可大致适用于奥氏体不锈钢和马氏体不锈钢,并为实际生产、加工选择不锈钢提供重要依据。
英文摘要:This article embarks from these two kinds of stainless steel, chooses two kinds of different classical heat treatment crafts, conducts the contrast research to under the identical heat treatment craft's 321 stainless steel with 410 stainless steel performance. The test result indicated that 321 stainless steel mainly apply to the anti-corrosive performance requirement high situation, 410 stainless steel mainly apply to the intensity and the degree of hardness request high situation. This conclusion may be suitable approximately for the austenite stainless steel and the martensitic stainless steel, and for the actual production, the processing chooses the stainless steel to provide the important basis.
