中文摘要:利用壳类锻件成型时形变量大、形变率大的特点,并在成型后的高温回复亚结构多边化完成时进行淬火。本文对40Cr壳类精密锻件形变热处理工艺参数进行了研究,其力学性能不仅满足还超过了产品的原热处理性能要求,提高了生产效率、降低了产品的成本。
英文摘要:By use of the great deformation and hight deforming rate when the precise of hull forging is deforming. and carry on quenching after model replies the second structure polyonization turn to complete . This text is researching on marworking craft parameter of the 40Cr precise forging of the hull,its mechanical properties since satisfied to exceed the product also original the heat treatment processing function request, and then raised the rate of production and lowered the cost of the product.
