中文摘要: 研究普通的工业铝合金5052的超塑性。经超塑性单向拉伸试验和自由气胀成形试验表明,铝合金5052在温度400℃ ~525℃区间有着良好的超塑性,在应变速率10-2s-1和温度400℃条件下获得,延伸率δ的最大值为215%。在425℃和压力3.75Kg/cm2条件下,气胀泡高达到50.2mm,厚度变薄最薄处为0.3mm,表现出良好的超塑性能。
英文摘要: This article describes the super plasticity of Industrial 5052 Al-Mg Alloy, Both the uniaxial tensile test and free gas bulging forming test show that the aluminum alloy 5052 owns good superplasticity at different temperatures (ranging from 400oC to 525oC). Under the temperature of 400℃ and the strain rate of 10-2s-1, the said material exhibits more than 215% elongation before failure. In the temperature of 425 ℃ and gas pressure of 3.75 Kg/cm2, gas bulging bubble is 50.2 mm high, and the wall becomes thinner, especially the thinnest place is 0.3 mm, so the alloy shows good superplasticity.
