中文摘要:研究了热轧板常化后的晶粒尺寸对成品组织、织构和磁性能的影响,结果表明,随着热轧板晶粒尺寸的增加,成品晶粒尺寸随之增加,成品织构中γ纤维织构,特别是{111}<110>织构组分明显降低,磁感应强度B50显著提高。
英文摘要:The effects of grain size in hot rolled bands on microstructure ,texture, and magnetic properties of final product were investigated. Research showed that, with the increase of grain size in hot rolled bands, the grain size of final product increased, the density of γ fiber texture component especially {111}<110> decreased, and magnetic properties B50 increased significantly.
