中文摘要:摘要:利用粉末冶金工艺,采用两种不同混料方法制备了弥散铜-MoS2复合材料,对制备的试样进行了物相、显微组织和力学性能分析,并探讨了制备工艺对复合材料组织与性能的影响。结果表明:复合粉末经过高能球磨后,聚集了大量的畸变能、缺陷能以及表面能,并储存在细化后的复合粉末颗粒表面、晶界以及缺陷中,致使球磨机混料方法制备的材料的密度值、硬度、导电率低于用常规混料方法制备的材料的性能。
英文摘要:Abstract: The Dispersion copper-MoS2 Composites material was prepared by Powder metallurgy technology. The sample with phase、microscopic structure and mechanical properties was analyzed. It was studied that the composite material of the organization and performance was affected by two different mixing methods. The results show that composite powder gathered plenty of distortion energy、defect energy and surface energy which was stored in the surface of composite powder particle after refining、grain boundary and defect after high-energy ball milling. These was the reason that the density、hardness and the conductivity of the materials prepared by method of ball milling mixed were lower than the materials prepared by conventional mixing method of the properties.
