中文摘要:依据正交实验原理,研究了电熔剂净化法时渣剂种类、渣层厚度、电流强度对ZAlSi7Mg合金元素的影响,利用直读光谱仪和万能力学实验机测量了ZAlSi7Mg净化前后的化学成分及力学性能。研究发现:经电熔剂净化过的ZAlSi7Mg的合金元素中,Si、Fe、Cu、Mn含量基本不变,Mg元素含量波动较明显;净化过程中,各影响因素对合金元素含量的影响作用大小顺序为:电流大小>渣剂种类>渣层厚度。净化后的铝合金抗拉强度达286.8MPa,明显高于净化前的;净化后铝合金试样的延伸率也有一定程度的提高。
英文摘要:On the basis of Orthogonal test, the paper studies residue cleaning agent types , slag layer thickness and the current strength influence on ZAlSi7Mg alloying elements during elec-flux process. By using direct-reading spectrometer and universal mechanical testing machine, ZAlSi7Mg chemical composition and mechanical properties are measured, before and after the purification. The research finds that the electric flux purified ZAlSi7Mg alloy elements: such as Si, Fe, Cu, Mn content are essentially the same; Mg content of volatile elements is more obvious. And in the purification process, various influencing factors on the alloying elements content are as follows: current size > residue cleaning agent types > slag layer thickness. Purified aluminum alloy tensile strength reaches 286.8MPa, significantly higher than the pre-purification; purified aluminum alloy specimen elongation is also increased to some extent.
