中文摘要:采用Gleeble1500D热模拟试验研究了7050-H112铝合金在变形温度为300℃、350℃、400℃、450℃,变形程度为60%,应变速率为0.01 s-1、0.1 s-1、1 s-1、10s-1条件下的高温流变和动态再结晶行为,建立了7050-H112铝合金在高温条件下的流变应力本构方程和动态再结晶的运动学模型,为后续的热加工工艺的制定和有限元模拟分析提供了理论依据。
英文摘要:he hot deformation behavior and dynamic recrystallization of 7050-H112 aluminium alloy under the deformation of 60%,the strain rate of 0.01s-1,0.1 s-1,1 s-1 and 10 s-1 at the temperature of 300℃,350℃,400℃ and 450℃ is investigated using the Gleeble-1500D thermal/mechanical simulation testing machine. The flow constitutive equation under high temperature and the dynamic recrystallization kinematics model are built, which provide the theoretical basis for subsequent thermal processing and finite element analysis.
