中文摘要: 采用粉末冶金法制备生物医用β钛合金Ti-24Nb-4Zr-7.9Sn(TNZS),采用恒电位极化曲线法研究合金在模拟人体体液(Hank’s)中的电化学腐蚀行为,通过测量合金在模拟人体体液中的自腐蚀电位、自腐蚀电流密度、极化电阻等电化学参数来比较不同烧结工艺下钛合金的耐腐蚀性能。实验结果表明,在1250℃烧结2h所制备的TNZS合金的自腐蚀电位为-962mV,自腐蚀电流密度410 nAcm-2,极化电阻39.51KΩcm2,有相对较好的耐腐蚀性能,合金本身自有孔隙成为腐蚀活性位置。
英文摘要: The electrochemical corrosion behavior of Ti-24N6-4Zr-7.9Sn alloy was prepared by powder metallurgy, in Hank’s solutions was investigated by potentiostat polarization curve, the corrosion behavior of the alloy in different sintering processes was compared. The corrosion potential (φcorr), corrosion rate (Icorr) and polarization resistance (Rp) were also evaluated. The results showed that the corrosion potential (φcorr), corrosion rate (Icorr) and polarization resistance (Rp) of the TNZS(sintered at 1250℃ for 2h) reaches -962mV, 410 nA•cm-2 and 39.51KΩcm2, respectively. The alloy had perfect corrosion resistance was compared with other sintering processes, the porosity of the alloy might be the preferred locations for corrosion.
