中文摘要:结合F. Halvorsen和T. Aukrust的研究和塑性屈曲理论,对挤压成形屈曲产生机理进行了更深一步的研究,以临界应力估算式作为屈曲载荷的判定公式,提出了挤出型材稳定的条件。型材的壁厚t越大,型材壁面的宽度L越小时,对应壁面的稳定临界载荷越大。
英文摘要:The mechanism of buckling in the extrusion forming process is further studied based on F. Halvorsen and T. Aukrust’s research, combined with plastic buckling theory, use the critical stress estimating formulas as criterion equations of buckling load, extrusion stability conditions are present. It can be found that the larger the wall thickness t and the lower the width of the plane L are, the larger the stable critical load is.
