英文摘要:After the heat treatment, surface decarburization of 60Si2MnA steel lesf spring lead to metallographic structure and mechanical properties differences between the surface and the center , and cause spring return deviation beyond the standard deviation. The carburizing quenching or high frequency induction heating quenching can effectively prevent the decarburization, improve metallographic organization differences between surface and center, and improve the stress state, so as to make spring return deviation control in the standard range.
