中文摘要:研究了保温温度在850 ℃,900 ℃,保温静置时间在2 min、10 min、30 min、和45 min时,TiAl3相形貌的变化。结果表明随着保温温度的升高及保温静置时间的延长,TiAl3相形貌从小圆块状逐渐变为针状。伴随这一过程的发生,其细化能力逐渐下降。
英文摘要:In this paper a series of grain refining tests are carried out to study the influence of casting temperature and holding time on the morphology of TiAl3 second phase and the grain refining effect. The results showed that with the increase of casting temperature and the extending of holding time, the small blocky TiAl3 particles become needle and the refined effect declines.
