中文摘要:采用LMY500激光加工系统在45钢表面熔覆Co-Cr合金涂层,利用扫描电镜、金相显微镜、显微硬度计分析了熔覆层的形貌及组织特征,优化激光熔覆的工艺参数。试验结果表明在一定的工艺参数条件下,熔覆层组织致密,晶粒细小,排列规整,与基体呈冶金结合,硬度显著增大,提高了材料的耐磨性。
英文摘要:Laser cladding Co-based alloy on 45 steel surface by the LMY500 laser processing system. The microstructure of the cladding layer was characterized using OM, the scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the microhardness. The results show that under a certain process parameters conditions. The cladding layer is compact, grain is fine, arranged in regular, and has metallugical bonding with matrix, and the hardness gradient transition. Improve the wear resistance of the material.
