中文摘要:提出了一种基于模具曲率半径的型面轮廓映射网格划分方法——即根据冲压件的型面曲率特征,将其轮廓线映射到初始坯料上,针对不同区域进行局部细化。通过S形轨道件冲压成形过程的有限元仿真,将采用该方法计算的回弹结果和采用自适应网格划分方法计算的回弹结果与实验数据进行比较、分析,证明了该方法的可行性。
英文摘要:It proposes a meshing method by contour mapped based on radius of curvature of the die ,that is mean ,according to curvature features of the workpiece,mapping the contour of the workpiece to the initial blank and then taking a local refinement on different areas.it is proved the method is available through by comparing the result of the numerical simulation of the stamping of the S-rail between the former method and the adaptive meshing .
