中文摘要:本文根据汽车转向器输入轴的形状,进行工艺性分析,指出零件上加工的难点部位,并进行锻造工艺性分析,以取代现在的机械切削加工工艺,降低生产成本。本着简单实用的原则,制定了冷成形和冷热结合成形两套成形工艺方案,并通过Deform-3D锻造模拟对两种工艺方案进行模拟分析,最终从坯料充满程度和成形力大小两方面,选定冷热结合的锻造成形工艺方案,并根据选定成形方案对输入轴进行实际的锻造试验,成功锻制出合格的输入轴锻件。为输入轴的工业生产提供了一套新的生产工艺。
英文摘要:Based on the shape of automotive steering input shaft, the process of analysis, pointing out the difficulty of machining parts on site, and the forging process analysis, to replace the mechanical cutting process, reduce production costs. In line with the principle of simple and practical to develop a cold forming process and a combination of cold&hot forming process two programs, and through the Deform-3D forging process simulation program for the two simulation analysis, the final shape from the billet and the full force of the size of two, selected combination of cold&hot forging technology programs, and programs based on the selected input shaft forming the actual forging trials, successfully forging a qualified input shaft forgings.
