中文摘要:研究了盾构刀具用钢5Cr5MoSiV1的球化退火工艺,讨论加热温度和保温时间对碳化物颗粒的数量、大小、形态分布及退火硬度的影响。结果表明,随着加热温度的上升,碳化物颗粒数量逐渐减少,粒径逐渐增大,颗粒趋于圆整化且分布更加均匀,同时硬度逐渐降低。随着保温时间的延长,其对碳化物的球化及退火硬度的影响与加热温度的影响类似。对于5Cr5MoSiV1钢来说,900℃×4h为最佳的球化退火工艺。
英文摘要:The spheroidizing annealing process of 5Cr5MoSiV1 steel for shield tools was studied,
In which the effect of annealing temperature and holding time on the number,size,shape and distribution of carbides particles as well as hardness was investigated.The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature ,the number of carbides particles decrease while particle size increase gradually, carbides particles become rounder and well distributed,at the same time,hardness decrease gradually.With the prolonging of annealing time,the effect of which on the spheroidization of carbides and hardness is similar to that of annealing temperature.900℃×4h is the optimum spheroidizing annealing process for 5Cr5MoSiV1 steel.
