中文摘要:针对重载齿轮用20CrNi2Mo钢热处理后易于产生变形问题,本论文研究了原始热处理工艺和改进后新工艺对20CrNi2Mo钢性能的影响。结果表明:采用改进后新的热处理工艺,试样的延伸率、断面收缩率、冲击韧性与原始工艺相比变化不大,抗拉强度、表面硬度、热处理畸变量均比原始热处理工艺的性能要好,因此重载齿轮用20CrNi2Mo钢热处理时应该采用改进后新的热处理工艺代替原始工艺,为扩大20CrNi2Mo钢应用领域奠定了基础。
英文摘要:Since there exists heat treating distortion for 20CrNi2Mo steel as heavy gear material, effect of old and new heat treatment process on mechanical property of 20CrNi2Mo steel was studied. The results show that compared with the old heat treatment process of 20CrNi2Mo steel, the elongation, reduction of area and impact toughness were change a little, but the tensile strength, hardness and heat treating distortion were improved obviously by the new heat treatment process. It is feasible to use the new heat treatment for 20CrNi2Mo steel instead of the old heat treatment.
