中文摘要:从温度、时间、氨气流量和混合气(乙醇和二硫化碳混合液)流量方面研究2Cr13不锈钢氮碳氧硫变温离子共渗工艺,寻找最优的共渗参数,并与常规离子渗氮和变温离子渗氮相比较。利用显微硬度计、金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪和电化学工作站对试样进行分析。结果表明2Cr13钢经535 ℃变温共渗八小时,氨气流量1.5 L/min,混合气流量0.25 L/min变温离子共渗处理,表面硬度达到硬化要求,共渗层厚度为0.28 mm,梯度平缓;共渗层中微量的Fe3O4可以降低摩擦系数,FeS具有储油减磨的特性,使工件耐磨性更好;耐腐蚀性略低于常规离子渗氮。
英文摘要:It is researched the N-C-O-S multi-element variable temperature ion penetrating technology of 2Cr13 stainless steel from temperature, time, ammonia gas flow and mixture gas flow-ethanol and CS2, which searched out the optimized penetrating parameters, then compared with the results of normal ion nitriding and variable temperature ion nitriding. At the same time, the samples were analyzed with microhardness tester, metallurgical microscope, X-ray diffractometer and electrochemical workstation. As the results were seen, the 2Cr13 stainless steel was disposed with variable temperature ion penetrating by such technology as variable temperature penetrating for eight hours at 535 ℃,the ammonia flow 1.5 L/min, gas mixture flow 0.25 L/min, so it is that the surface hardness comes up to the harden require, the penetrating layers depth is 0.21 mm and easy gradient, meanwhile, the trace Fe3O in penetrating layers could decrease friction coefficient, and the FeS possess fuel storage characteristics, which makes the work piece be much more wear resistance, what’s more, the corrosion resistance is a little lower than normal ion nitriding.
