中文摘要: 针对板料冲压过程变形复杂,易出现起皱、拉裂等缺陷,以某型汽车前纵梁内板为研究对象,采用有限元软件DYNAFORM对零件拉延工艺进行了数值模拟仿真。针对零件成形特点,设计了合理的拉延形面,并分析拉延筋、压边力及入模圆角的变化对该零件成形效果的影响。通过零件成形极限图优化拉延筋、压边力及入模圆角,最终获得适合该零件成形工艺参数。试模结果表明采用优化后的参数可以有效地改善材料的流动状况,消除了起皱、拉裂等缺陷,提高了成形质量。
英文摘要:Aiming at the complicated deformation, the wrinkling and cracking problems of sheet matal during stamping process, the drawing process of the front-carling inner plate is simulated by the finite element software, Dynaform. For the forming characteristics, the drawing surface is designed. The influence of different technical parameters of the drawing process, such as draw bead,the blank-holder force, the die round corner are discussed. The draw bead,blank-holder force and the die round corner are optimized by FLD. Finally the suitable appropriate parameters are obtained. The simulation results show that the wrinkling and cracking problems are eliminated,the material flow and the quality of the part can be improved effectively with the optimized parameters.
