中文摘要:本文研制了一种用于低碳钢钎焊的高强度铜基钎料,通过实验确定了钎料的成分为Cu-33Mn-8Ni-5Sn-1Zn-0.2Si-0.1La,并对该钎料的钎焊工艺性能、接头组织以及力学性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,该钎料冶金特性优异,界面结合致密,焊后表面光滑。性能测试表明,此钎料具有良好的铺展性、填缝性,钎焊接头强度高,并且熔点相对较低,可以用于碳钢钎焊。
英文摘要:A kind of Cu-base brazing metal with high strength for brazing low carbon steel has been prepared. The chemical composition of the solder is Cu- 33Mn- 8Ni- 5Sn- 1Zn- 0.2Si- 0.1La. The microstructure and mechanical properties of brazing joint and brazing process performance had been studied. The results show that the brazing joint has excellent metallurgical properties and smooth surface. The performance test show that the solder has good spread ability and seam filling ability and enough joint strength and relatively low brazing temperature, which can be used for braze low carbon steel.
